Propelo — Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the Propelo app. Propelo helps you start a task you're avoiding by suggesting one small first step at a time. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's okay — please don't use the app.
The app
Propelo has no accounts: no name, email, or password. You can use a set number of task-sessions for free. After that, continuing is offered through an optional subscription (below). What Propelo suggests is a gentle nudge to help you begin, nothing more.
Not professional advice
Propelo is a supportive tool, not a substitute for professional, medical, or mental-health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not treat ADHD or any other condition. If you're struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional. If you may be in crisis, contact your local emergency services.
Subscriptions
- Propelo offers auto-renewing subscriptions (for example, monthly and yearly). The current prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Purchases, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store under Apple's terms; we don't process payments and don't see your card details.
Apple's End User License Agreement
Propelo is licensed, not sold, to you. Your license is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Where these terms and Apple's EULA differ, Apple's EULA governs the license to use the app.
Acceptable use
Please use Propelo as intended and don't try to disrupt, abuse, or reverse the service, or use it to harm others. The app and its content are ours and are protected by applicable law.
No warranty
Propelo is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We can't promise the suggestions will fit every situation or that the service will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
